Agricultural machinery with disc plow as its working part. Usually, the disc is a part of a hollow spherical surface, the edge of which is ground with a cutting blade to facilitate mowing and access to the soil. The disc is independently supported on the bearing of the plough column. The surface of the disc forms an angle with the advancing direction and the vertical direction, which is called the deflection angle α and the inclination angle β. There are 3 to 6 disc plows on the standard disc plow. When working, the unit moves forward, the disc rolls into the soil, and the soil rises along the concave surface of the disc. At the same time, with the cooperation of the scraper, the soil was turned over and broken. Disc plough is suitable for sticky, dry, hard, stony and multi-root soil. There is no need for frequent sharpening and replacement, low maintenance cost, and no solid groove bottom. Although the stubble is not completely covered, it is helpful to prevent the loss of water in dry land and the return of salt to saline-alkali land.
Agricultural machinery that uses concave discs to plow the soil. When the disc plow is pulled forward by the tractor, the disc rotates around its central axis, and the soil is cut on the periphery of the disc. After plowing, the mound rises along the concave surface of the turntable and turns to the back, leaving furrows after plowing. The effect of plowing is the same as that of plowing, but the quality of plowing is not as good as that of plowing. Cultivated in green manure fields, grass roots, stony soil, sticky wetlands, etc., it has stronger cutting ability and better soil permeability than plows, easy to pull off the soil, and not easy to block.
Disc plough includes left arm shell, left arm, gear box, transmission gear, mesh sleeve, joystick, sprocket box, disc shaft and disc, left box, driving shaft, right box, driven shaft, driving cone Gears and driven bevel gears. The driven bevel gear is fixed on the input end of the driven shaft. The driving sprocket and the driven sprocket are installed in the sprocket box, and both are double sprocket. The driving sprocket and the driven sprocket are connected by a double chain. The disc plow is matched with the three-point connection of the tractor. During operation, the coulter rotates to turn over the soil. It is suitable for the plowing of complex farmland such as overgrown weeds, upright stalks, high specific resistance of the soil, and bricks and stones in the soil. The utility model has the characteristics of no entanglement of grass, no blockage, no soil turning, ability to cut crop stems, overcome soil masonry fragments, high working efficiency, good working quality, convenient adjustment, simple and durable, and the like.
Ordinary disc plows also have two-way disc plows, which can be rotated to the left or right. The plough beam on which the plough post is installed can swing horizontally from left to right relative to the plough frame to adapt to the reversal of the disc. The reversing control mechanism can be mechanical or hydraulic. The two-way disc plow can always turn the soil ridge to one side of the field, and the surface after ploughing is flat without leaving furrows and ridges.
The rotating surface of the vertical disc plough is perpendicular to the ground, with only a deflection angle and no inclination angle. Vertical disc plows have smaller discs, and more discs on one plough blade (the number of discs in large vertical disc plows can reach 30-40), and is mainly used for shallow ploughing and stubble removal. It can also be equipped with a seed box and a fertilizer box for joint operations of tillage, sowing and fertilization.
